End of Season Team Gift Guide by Sport: Netball, Football, AFL, League and Basketball

August and September are presentation season across Australian winter sport, which means somewhere right now a team manager with two kids in three codes is working out gifts for all of them at once. This guide is for that person. One pass through the big junior codes: what works for the players, what works for the coach, and what it should cost per family.

The pattern that works for every sport

Every good presentation day plan is the same two gifts:

• For each player: something small with their own name on it. At this age the name is the magic, and under $20 per player is plenty.
• For the coach: something with everyone's names on it. Our Personalised Thank You Plaque for Coaches is $60 and is our most ordered product of the last twelve months. Everything we make is made by hand in Sydney, ships Australia-wide and internationally, and takes 5 to 10 business days plus postage. Give yourself three weeks. Netball

Netball teams have the easiest run here, and the whole range sits together in netball gifts.

• Players: netball dress keychains, $18 each, a little dress engraved with her name, position and your club colours. There are singlet versions and $10 bag tags too.
• Coach: the $60 plaque with the whole team engraved on it, or the netball dress coach gift at $33 if you want the shape everyone recognises.
• Both at once: the Netball Team Bundle, one coach plaque plus ten keyrings for $215. Bought separately those pieces come to $240, so the bundle saves $25. Ten families chipping in $21.50 each covers the coach and sends every player home with something. It sits in our team bundles.

Football, the round ball one

• Players: the Soccer Jersey Keychain at $18, their name on a little jersey, or the Soccer Bag Tag at $10 for the kid whose bag looks identical to eleven others at training. Bag tags are the practical pick because they get used all year, not just admired.
• Coach: same answer in every code, the plaque with all the names, or the Soccer Jersey Coach Gift at $33. Soccer coaches stand in the winter rain too.

AFL

From Auskick through to the under 18s, the coach gift is the plaque again, engraved with the team, club and season. For the players there is an AFL Jersey Keychain at $18, personalised with name, position and club, and a Football Bag Tag at $10. If your club runs a best and fairest night, the player awards range covers the individual awards side of the evening.

Rugby league

League runs on volunteers like every other code, and the answer is the same shape. The $60 coach plaque comes in an NRL ball shape as well as the round one, and carries every player's name. Player keepsakes in your club colours are a bulk order form conversation away. If your club wants one order across several teams rather than thirty parents ordering separately, that is exactly what the form is for.

Basketball

Basketball comps run on their own calendars, so your presentation night might not land in August, but the plan holds.

• Players: the Basketball Jersey Keychain at $18, or the Basketball Bag Tag at $10, so their bag stops vanishing into a bench of identical ones.
• Coach: the plaque, especially for rep coaches who rack up the petrol and the weekends, or the Luxe Basketball Hoop Coach Gift at $80 for a bigger send-off.

The whole club move: bulk orders

If you are ordering for more than one team, the numbers shift in your favour. Ordering 20 or more keyrings? Send a bulk order request and we will quote you with 15% off. The discount is applied to your quote, not at checkout. That turns an $18 keyring into $15.30, and it means a club secretary can sort an entire age group in one go instead of six parents placing six separate orders. The form is also the door for anything custom: your code, your colours, ask.

When to order

Same rule for every sport: 5 to 10 business days to make, postage on top, so three weeks before presentation day is comfortable and two weeks is the edge. Inside that, add the paid urgent option, which brings making time down to 2 to 3 business days. September presentations need orders in by mid to late August, and our published cut-off for presentation night is Friday 4 September 2026.
