When to order for an August or September presentation
Every piece is made by hand in our Sydney studio. The honest turnaround is 5 to 10 business days, and postage comes after that. We ship Australia-wide, and internationally if your coach is heading overseas.
Our published cut-off for presentation night orders is Friday 4 September 2026. Order by then and there is comfortable room for making and postage.
The rule of thumb the rest of the time: three weeks out is comfortable, two weeks is tight, and inside two weeks you should add the paid urgent option, which brings making time down to 2 to 3 business days, or contact us before you buy.

The thing that slows a plaque down is a name list that changes after cutting starts. Pull the player list from your team app, confirm spellings in the group chat, then order once. Ten minutes now saves the reprint conversation later. We do not issue drafts, so every detail is engraved exactly as you type it.
